NYSUT Benefit Trust. The Administrator will direct the fiscal officer of the District to deduct from the salaries of those unit members participating in the Trust an amount authorized by said unit members on NYSUT Benefit Trust forms. These deductions will commence on the second pay period of the school year and will continue for twenty (20) consecutive pay periods in a school year. It is understood that the authorization may be amended or withdrawn at the discretion of the unit member. The monies deducted will be forwarded to the NYSUT Benefit Trust by the fiscal officer.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The College will provide all necessary mechanisms to permit employees who elect coverage under the New York State United Teachers Benefit Trust to pay for such coverage through payroll deductions.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The District agrees to offer the NYSUT Benefit Trust Program through payroll deductions. There shall be no cost to the District. The Union agrees to a save harmless clause.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. 1. The BOCES agrees to provide for voluntary payroll deductions for the NYSUT Benefit Trust.
NYSUT Benefit Trust. The district shall provide a payroll deduction for contributions by employees to the NYSUT Benefit Trust. Requests by employees for contributions to such Trust or changes in a previous request shall be submitted to the District prior to October 1 of each school year. The NTA shall indemnify the District for any claims made by an employee in connection with the administration of this payroll deduction option.
