W ORKMANSHIP. The entire work shall be carried out as specified in Indian Electricity Rules and regulations, ISS and MES Schedule.

W ORKMANSHIP. The finished product shall conform to the quality requirements established by CO/PD 00- 03 Revision G. The Contractor shall verify and validate that all fabrication procedures will yield quality workmanship to meet product specification and contract requirements. All materials to be used in the construction shall consist of quality levels to assure conformance to all requirements, unless otherwise authorized. All workmanship shall be conducted to eliminate and avoid human induced defects. Manufacturing practices shall be capable of consistently yielding product that conforms to all requirements in this purchase description and internal specifications for the product and their components. All component materials shall be properly marked and identified, and protected during storage. Materials shall be produced and integrated to extend durability and provide consistency of appearance throughout life of the product. Material layers shall be free of contaminants (such as, but not limited to: foreign object debris, any media not associated with the technical data package, loose fragments of component materials/adhesives, operator elements not part of component materials, cleaning residue) which may result in de-lamination between layers. Material interfaces shall be compatible and ensure ease of use. The Contractor shall ensure that the finished product, all subcomponents and parts are free of foreign objects, scaling, burrs, frayed edges, material tears, torn edges, stains, holes and other imperfections when visually examined. Government testing and inspection may include destructive deconstruction examination and visual examination using nondestructive test methods (X-Ray, Microscopic analysis, Liquid penetrant inspection, Ultrasonic testing, and CT Scanning or other like technologies) to assessment product compliance. This section is applicable to all material or components of the product whether furnished by the Prime Contractor or by any of their suppliers or subcontractors. In any case, of material, process, or equipment change desired to be made by the Contractor, the written consent of the Government shall be obtained before making the change.

  • Workmanship All work under this Agreement shall be performed in a safe manner to a professional standard. The goal of performance under this Agreement is the suppression of wildland fire and other emergency incident responses. The Incident Commander may release from an incident assignment any Contractor employee deemed incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable including violation of Harassment Free Workplace Policy. It will be left to the discretion of the Incident Commander to demobilize an entire resource or to allow replacement of the noncompliant personnel. Documentation of the rationale for release will be provided to the CO subsequent to the action. Accordingly, the Contracting Officer may require, in writing, the Contractor remove from use under this Agreement, any employee found incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable including violation of Harassment Free Workplace Policy. The Contracting Officer may require other proof of mitigation. Misconduct may result in cancellation of this Agreement. If an employee or crew is terminated, quits, or otherwise is released from the incident for any reason, the Contractor is responsible for returning the employee(s) to the point of hire with a departure time from the Incident Command Post (ICP) no later than 12 hours or time specified by a government official following such decision. The Contractor may, at their discretion, provide such transportation, or request the Incident Management Team (IMT) to arrange for the transportation with all transportation costs deducted from Contractor's payment. If the Contractor does not act in a timely manner (i.e., Contractor's employee(s) not departing from the ICP for return to point of hire within the specified time period), the IMT has authority to transport said employee or arrange for employee's transportation and to deduct all such transportation costs from Contractor's payment.

  • Workmanship Warranty Contract warrants that all components or deliverables specified and furnished by or through Contractor under the Project Definition/Work Order meet the completion criteria set forth in the Project Definition/Work Order and any subsequent statement(s) of work, and that services will be provided in a workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards.

  • MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP Unless otherwise specified, all materials and equipment incorporated in the work under the Contract shall be new. All workmanship shall be first class and by persons qualified in the respective trades.

  • Quality of Materials and Workmanship Unless otherwise specified, all materials shall be new, and both workmanship and materials shall be of good quality. The Contractor shall, if required, furnish satisfactory evidence as to the kind and quality of materials and work. The burden of proof is on the Contractor.

  • MATERIAL AND WORKMANSHIP A. References in the specifications to equipment, material, articles, or patented processes by trade name, make, or catalog number, shall be regarded as establishing a standard of quality and shall not be construed as limiting competition. The Contractor may, at its option, use any equipment, article or process that, in the judgment of the OWNER, is equal to that named in the specifications, unless otherwise specifically provided in this Contract.

  • WORKMANSHIP AND MATERIALS 1.10.1 Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, materials, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete the service in a manner consistent with the Project Manager’s plan and schedule. Contractor’s equipment shall be of the size and type appropriate for completing the various types of work described in this RFP. Contractor shall ensure that any equipment considered by the Project Manager to be improper or inadequate for this purpose is removed from the site and replaced with satisfactory equipment.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • EODUF Packing Specifications 7.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • Defects a. The Customer shall inspect the Goods upon delivery and will, within 48 hours, notify the Company of any defects, short deliveries or any failure to fulfill any quotation or order.
