WA Paid Family & Medical Leave. Effective January 1, 2019, the County will contribute thirty-seven (37%) of the premium for the WA Paid Family and Medical Leave provided under RCW 50A.04. In the event the County agrees to pay more than this state mandated minimum for any non-interest eligible bargaining unit, the County agrees to pay that same additional amount for Guild bargaining unit members.
