This level of income is deemed to compensate the employee for annual leave and/or leave loading, bereavement leave, family leave, sick leave, wages for working public holidays, any allowances and/or any time worked beyond 40 hours per week averaged over a 4 week cycle. **The All purpose rate is inclusive of the equivalent of (i) two hours overtime, and
