Wages (Call-back). (a) Call-back is defined as an official assignment of work which does not continuously precede or follow an employee's regularly scheduled shift. Approved time not worked for the employee's convenience does not break the continuance of the shift referred to in the preceding sentence. (b) Employees who report back upon the Employer's premises at the time specified in the call- back, with no work being offered, shall be paid two (2) hours pay at two times (2X) their regular hourly rate.. If the employee called back actually reports upon the Employer's premises at the time specified in the call-back, and performs the work assigned by the Employer, he/she shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours pay at two times (2X) their regular hourly rate for all hours worked.
