Waiver of Appeals. To the extent permitted by applicable Law, any right to appeal from or to cause a review of any arbitral award by any court is hereby waived by the Parties.
Waiver of Appeals. The parties waive all appeals from the Court's approval of the Settlement unless the Court materially modifies the Settlement.
Waiver of Appeals. The Parties agree to waive all appeals from the Court’s final approval of this Settlement, unless the Court materially modifies the Settlement; provided, however, that Plaintiff may appeal any reduction in the amount of Class Counsel’s fees and expenses and/or the service payments to the Class Representative. Any reduction in the amount of Class Counsel’s fees, Class Counsel’s expenses, and/or the service payments to the Class Representative will not, however, constitute a material modification of the Settlement and will not be grounds to void the Settlement.

The Parties agree to waive all appeals from the Final Approval Order, unless the Court materially modifies the Agreement, including but not limited to any modification of the Total Settlement Amount; provided, however, that Plaintiffs may appeal, solely at their own expense, any reduction in the amount requested of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses to Class Counsel or a service award to Plaintiffs. Any reduction in the amount requested of attorneys’ fees, costs, and expenses to Class Counsel or a service award to Plaintiffs will not, however, constitute a material modification of the Agreement, and will not be grounds to void the Agreement.
Waiver of Appeals. Plaintiffs and DTA waive any right to appeal or collaterally attack the [Proposed] Order of Final Judgment, if entered in the same form as Exhibit D.
Waiver of Appeals. The Parties agree to, and do hereby waive all appeals, with the sole exception being that the Parties reserve the right to appeal the Court’s order awarding attorneys’ fees and costs to Plaintiffs if the Court’s award is less than the amount Plaintiffs’ Counsel requests.
Waiver of Appeals. The parties agree to waive all appeals and to stipulate to final certification of the Rule 23 claims but only for purposes of implementing this Settlement. This provision is not applicable in the event the Court declines to approve this Settlement.
Waiver of Appeals. Bloomberg and Named Plaintiffs waive all appeals from the Court’s Final Approval Order unless (i) the Court modifies the Settlement or (ii) the Court reduces the amounts to be awarded as Service Awards or Class Counsel’s attorneys’ fees and expenses.
Waiver of Appeals. 6 The parties waive all appeals from the final approval of the Settlement unless the Court 7 materially modifies the Settlement, except that Plaintiffs and Class Counsel may appeal from an 8 order by the Court that reduces the amounts sought for the Class Representative Service Award 9 Payments or Class Counsel’s Attorneys’ Fees and Expenses. Such an order or affirmance of such 10 an order will not entitle Plaintiffs or the Class to void the Settlement. Google’s payment 11 obligations under the Settlement will be suspended pending any appeal.
