WAIVER OF NEGOTIATIONS DURING TERM OF AGREEMENT. The Board and the Association each acknowledge that during negotiations resulting in this agreement, each party had the right, subject to the limitations of law, to bargain on any and all issues it desires and that this agreement was arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and each party does therefore waive, during the life of this agreement, the right to bargain on any other issues, and each agrees that the other shall not be obligated to negotiate with respect to any subject or matter outside of, referred to or covered in this agreement unless the subject matter is mutually agreed to by both parties.
