WAIVER OF NEGOTIATIONS DURING TERM OF AGREEMENT. A. After the Agreement has been officially approved by the CFEA and the Board of Education, both parties waive the right to initiate further negotiations on the matters included in this Agreement, during the period covered by this Agreement unless the parties mutually agree to reopen negotiations. The written provisions of this contract represent complete collective bargaining and full agreement by the parties with respect to rates of pay, wages, hours and other terms and conditions of employment which shall prevail during the term hereof. B. The Board of Education and the CFEA acknowledge that during the negotiations which preceded this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject matter not removed by law from the area of collective bargaining and that the understanding and agreements arrived at by the parties after the exercise of that right and opportunity are set forth in this Agreement.
