Warm Line. This Service will dial a predesignated telephone number if dialing has not begun within the preset delay interval after the telephone goes off-hook. CenturyLink will not be liable for any errors, omissions or failure associated with the programming, transmission, or receipt of a signal to or at a predesignated number.

Warm Line. 12.1 CONTRACTOR shall establish and maintain a “warm line” defined as a designated toll free telephone line for DCFS CSWs, the Dependency Court, and other designated COUNTY personnel to provide information and consultation on test results and the COUNTY’s procedures/process related to Drug and Alcohol Testing. CONTRACTOR shall respond to inquiries through the phone line Monday through Friday, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 12.2 This line shall not ring busy, shall be picked up by the fourth ring and shall be answered by the CONTRACTOR.

  • Picket Line It shall not be considered a violation of this Agreement for an employee to refuse to cross a picket line which has been legally established as a result of a bona fide labour dispute between a recognized Trade Union and an Employer with whom the picketing Union has a dispute.

  • Picket Lines The Employer agrees that, in the event of a legal picket line of another trade union being in existence at any of the Employer's stores within the Bargaining Unit, the Employer will in no way require or force members to report to work behind such a picket line. Nor will the Employer discipline or in any way discriminate against an employee who refuses to report to work while a legal picket line exists at his or her place of work.

  • PICKET LINE PROTECTION 1. All teachers covered under this agreement shall have the right to refuse to cross or work behind a picket line unless the same is declared illegal by the Labour Relations Board or the Courts. Failure to cross such picket line shall not be considered a violation of this agreement nor shall it be grounds for disciplinary action by the Board. Any teacher refusing to cross or work behind such a picket line shall be considered to be absent from work without pay. 2. The Board shall not request, require, nor direct teachers covered under this agreement to do work or carry out duties normally performed by employees engaged in a strike, or locked out, nor shall teachers request, require, or direct pupils to carry out such duties.

  • Provisioning Line Splitting and Splitter Space 3.8.1 The Data LEC, Voice CLEC or BellSouth may provide the splitter. When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port. 3.8.2 An unloaded 2-wire copper Loop must serve the End User. The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Line Outage Costs Notwithstanding anything in the NYISO OATT to the contrary, the Connecting Transmission Owner may propose to recover line outage costs associated with the installation of Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities or System Upgrade Facilities or System Deliverability Upgrades on a case-by-case basis.

  • Bilingual Differential When formally assigned in the employee’s position description, an employee assigned to interpret to or from another language to English will receive a differential of five percent (5%) of base pay.

  • Verizon OSS Facilities Any gateways, interfaces, databases, facilities, equipment, software, or systems, used by Verizon to provide Verizon OSS Services to ICG.

  • TERM OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT 1.01 Except where otherwise stated in this Collective Agreement, this Collective Agreement shall be in effect and expire on August 31, 2019, and from year to year thereafter unless notice, in writing, is given by either party to the other party not less than sixty (60) days nor more than one hundred and twenty (120) days prior to the expiration date of its desire to amend this Collective Agreement. 1.02 This Collective Agreement shall continue in force and effect until a new Collective Agreement has been executed or until the right to strike or lockout arises.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.
