It is a condition precedent to the filing of a claim under this warranty that buyer prove compliance with this requirement.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. If the buyer discovers any defect in workmanship and materials within the applicable Warranty Period and wants to activate the Limited Warranty, then the buyer must promptly after such discovery report the defect to SolarEdge by sending an email to xxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxx.xxx. The email must include this information: (i) a short description of the defect, (ii) the Product’s serial number, and (iii) a scanned copy of the purchase receipt or warranty certificate of the applicable Product. Note that the Product’s serial number must be legible and properly attached to the Product in order to be eligible for coverage.

WARRANTY ACTIVATION. A Warranty Registration must be fully completed and sent to SEAKEEPER for review, approval, and registration upon delivery of the vessel to the first retail Customer. Warranty registration and expiration date confirmation can be achieved by providing SEAKEEPER a copy of the original bill of sale, purchase agreement, Customer’s name, address, SEAKEEPER Product Serial Number, and the current RUN and SEA hours to SEAKEEPER’s warranty registration department within thirty (30) days of purchase. For removal of doubt, it is clarified that the activation date shall in no event affect the warranty period set forth herein.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. To activate this Warranty, the original purchaser must fill out, sign and mail in the registration within 30 days of installation date.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. 7.1. In the event that a situation occurs in which the warranty can be applied under the terms contemplated herein, THE BENEFICIARY must activate it in accordance with the following points:
7.1.1. THE WARRANTOR must be informed no later than five days following the day on which the damage was discovered, identifying the defect or damage suffered by the product, and accompanied by i) the original warranty, ii) the sales receipt iii) a copy of the delivery note, and iv) a declaration from the company responsible for maintenance describing the work performed, the timing thereof and the invoice issued for this work.
7.1.2. A company must be engaged, which has experience in the field of artificial turf sports flooring and the evaluation of problems and damage incurred, to produce a report to determine the cause of the problem and the absence of any grounds for exclusion as referred to in this guarantee, and as such must be provided with this document together with the Annexes which form a part of it. The cost of this evaluation will be borne by THE WARRANTOR except in the event that it is determined that the conditions required for application of the warranty do not exist. The suitability of the company must be validated by THE WARRANTOR, as such this information must be provided in advance of producing the report. This report must be commissioned in the ten days following the day on which the damage was discovered, and must be completed within thirty days of commissioning. For calculation purposes, the period shall be understood as calendar days. THE GUARANTOR shall likewise submit to the expertise of that company any other circumstances that could be considered relevant to determining the application or not of the warranty.
7.1.3. THE WARRANTOR, in view of the report, which will not have a binding character for either party, shall have 7 days to communicate whether to accept the claim of the BENEFICIAY or not. If accepted, the actions of repair, replacement or refund will be communicated in the same period and will be carried out in compliance with the warranty.
7.2. Compliance with the points and terms outlined above are sine qua non dependent on activation of this warranty.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. This Limited Warranty becomes effective at the time of original date of installation. Owner should retain this document with the original purchase receipt. Failure to do so will render this Limited Warranty null and void.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. In order to segregate and maintain for the lifetime period of time covered by the Warranty, the records and lot samples necessary to enable Fabricator, Roofing Contractor/Installer and AMB to trace the various components manufactured for any defects alleged, AMB requires that the Owner, within 30-days from the date this Warranty agreement is signed by AMB, to email an executed copy of this Agreement to AMB at xxxxxxxx-xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx before 30-day requirement expires and voids claim. Following receipt of the executed Warranty Agreement, this Warranty will be activated as at the Project Date of Completion and a Warranty Certificate will be issued to the Owner.
WARRANTY ACTIVATION. In order to activate the coverage under this warranty, you must register your product at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx along with a scanned copy of your paid service order installation receipt (which includes your vehicle identification number (VIN), or a copy can be mailed to us at:: Xxxxxxx Limited Warranty, 00 Xxxx Xx, Xxxx. X., Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, within THIRTY (30) days of the service order installation date. If the stated items are not received within THIRTY (30) days of the service order installation date, this contract is not valid.
