Warranty Registration. 38.1. The Contractor must have a process in place to ensure the appropriate level of warranty has been registered, ensuring a seamless process for Framework Public Bodies to log warranty calls.

If it is determined that the mal- function is not covered by this limited warranty, the cost of the ser- vice call is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If it is determined that the malfunction or defect is covered under this limited warranty, Master Spas, Inc. through its dealer, or approved service center rep- resentative will repair or replace the covered item. Master Spas, Inc. reserves the right for it’s dealers or approved service centers to col- lect from the retail purchaser reasonable travel expenses. In addition, access charges will be assessed if the spa is not reasonably assessable for inspection, repair or replacement. Master Spas, Inc. allows the plumbing and equipment warranty to be transferred to a successor owner of the premises where the spa was originally installed dur- ing the normal warranty period. An Ownership Warranty Transfer form must be completed. This form is available through Master Spas, Inc. This limited warranty shall become void if the spa is moved to a subsequence premises.
