WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. A. LICENSEE agrees (i) not to use, or suffer or permit the Premises or any part thereof to be used in any manner that will constitute a nuisance or an unreasonable annoyance to the owners or occupants of the Premises or property adjacent to the Premises, or for any extra-hazardous purposes; and, (ii) not to conduct or carry on any activity in violation of any regulation, order of law, statute, bylaw, or ordinance of any governmental agency having jurisdiction or the regulation of the Department of Community Services. The Premises and every part thereof shall be kept by LICENSEE in a clean, sanitary and wholesome condition, free from any objectionable noises, odors or nuisances, public or private.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. During the term of this Lease, YMCA shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations and restrictions affecting the premises, including but not limited to building regulations and planning and zoning ordinances. YMCA shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the premises, or any nuisance.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or permit others to commit, waste or erect, permit to be erected, or allow to exist any nuisance on the Leased Premises.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. Lessee shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the demised premises or any nuisance.

During the term of this Lease, Tenant shall comply with all applicable laws affecting the demised premises, the breach of which might result in any penalty on Lessor or forfeiture of Lessor’s title to the demised premises. Tenant shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste on the demised premises, or any nuisance.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. During the term of this Agreement, Arts Council shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, any waste or nuisance on the premises.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. During the term of this Agreement, Resident and all occupants and guests shall not commit any waste or nuisance on their space or in the Community and shall comply with all Community Rules and Regulations, which may be changed by Park from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Mobilehome Residency Law. Waste includes but is not limited to destruction of, alteration of, or failure to maintain the landscaping, improvements or other Park property in Resident's care or possession. Nuisance includes, but is not limited to, the harboring of unapproved animals; an excessive number of animals; excessive vehicles; maintaining anything in the Community which has a visible presence that is unsightly, indecent, or otherwise offensive to observers; destruction, misuse, or failure to adequately maintain the safety and appearance of the mobilehome and other personal property in a manner that is evident to others, and violation of the Community Rules and Regulations.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. LESSEE shall not commit waste on the Leased Premises, nor maintain, commit, or permit the maintenance of a nuisance condition beyond the borders of the Landfill Site, nor shall use the Leased Premises for unlawful purposes. Subject to the foregoing, LESSEE shall conform to all applicable laws and ordinances including any rules and regulations now existing or hereinafter adopted by the LESSOR respecting the use or occupancy of the Leased Premises.
WASTE AND NUISANCE PROHIBITED. During the term of this Ground Lease, NRPC shall comply with all applicable laws affecting the Premises, the violation of which might result in any penalty assessed upon NSHE or forfeiture of NSHE's title to the Premises. NRPC shall not commit, or suffer to be committed, or permit or cause to be permitted, any waste on the Premises or improvements, or any nuisance.
