Water use data. Water use is not monitored by a regional authority. It is the responsibility of each water provider to monitor their customers’ water use. Fortunately, most water providers in the region meter their customers’ water use. Each water provider should have information or their customers’ water use. Annually, water use data is requested by the County from these water providers. Water users that own or use private ▇▇▇▇▇ and individuals that live outside of established city limits are typically not required to monitor or report their water use to any agency. One of the largest groups of water users that do not have their water use monitored are agricultural water users, who relatively use a large amount of water.

Water use data. 1. DRBC Contact/Recipient. NYSDEC will furnish water use data for withdrawals located in the Delaware River Basin to a contact in DRBC’s Information Technology and Planning Branch, to be identified by the DRBC Manager. If an IT contact has not been identified, then the data will be furnished to the DRBC Manager. 2. Timing of data transfer. NYSDEC will furnish data to the Commission as soon as practicable following the March 31 reporting deadline established by DRBC’s Water Audit rule (Resolution No. 2009-1). 3. Types of data to be shared. ‒ Due to the potential adverse cumulative impact of smaller withdrawals on basin water resources, NYSDEC will assist the Commission in acquiring data from its state agencies for withdrawals and uses that NYSDEC would not ordinarily track, including for example, for public water supplies with capacities of less than 100,000 gpd regulated by NYSDOH. ‒ NYSDEC will notify the DRBC Manager of projects that report water withdrawals or withdrawal capability of greater than 100,000 gpd for which the owners or operators have not obtained Commission approval, and will assist DRBC in determining the historic use of such sources. ‒ The Commission will make available to NYSDEC, upon request, available water use data for the Delaware River Basin in a form compatible with data from New York State’s 15 other major basins. ‒ NYSDEC and the Commission will exchange information on water use data analysis methods, including estimates for consumptive water use by sectors, to enable enhanced future data comparisons.

  • Site Data (i) The Contractor shall be deemed to have inspected and examined the Site and its surroundings and to have satisfied himself before entering into the Agreement in all material respects including but not limited to: (a) the form and nature of the Site (including, inter-alia, the surface and sub- surface conditions and geo-technical factors); (b) the hydrological and climatic conditions; (c) the extent and nature of the works already completed and Materials necessary for the execution and completion of the Works and the remedying of any defects that includes already executed part also.   • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • Registry Services “Registry Services” are, for purposes of the Agreement, defined as the following: (a) those services that are operations of the registry critical to the following tasks: the receipt of data from registrars concerning registrations of domain names and name servers; provision to registrars of status information relating to the zone servers for the TLD; dissemination of TLD zone files; operation of the registry DNS servers; and dissemination of contact and other information concerning domain name server registrations in the TLD as required by this Agreement; (b) other products or services that the Registry Operator is required to provide because of the establishment of a Consensus Policy as defined in Specification 1; (c) any other products or services that only a registry operator is capable of providing, by reason of its designation as the registry operator; and (d) material changes to any Registry Service within the scope of (a), (b) or (c) above.

  • User Data We will maintain certain data that you transmit to the Services for the purpose of managing the performance of the Services, as well as data relating to your use of the Services. Although we perform regular routine backups of data, you are solely responsible for all data that you transmit or that relates to any activity you have undertaken using the Services. You agree that we shall have no liability to you for any loss or corruption of any such data, and you hereby waive any right of action against us arising from any such loss or corruption of such data.

  • Usage Data 7.1. The parties shall supply data on usage of the Licensed Work that is available to them during the term of this Licence. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties shall neither assemble nor provide data from which an individual user could be identified.
