Weather Information. 7.8.1 ATS units shall keep each other informed of SIGMET information and of weather conditions at destination aerodromes within their respective FIRs whenever such conditions may fall below aircraft operating minima and consequently may result in diversion or holding for weather improvement.

Weather Information. Upon request of Pinnacle or its flight crews, Delta shall at its sole cost furnish Pinnacle and Mesaba such United States Weather Bureau information or data as may be available to Delta pursuant to a separate written agreement; provided, however, that neither Delta nor its employees will be responsible or liable for the accuracy thereof. So long as Delta shall maintain its communications link with the National Weather Service, Delta shall provide the necessary communications to permit Pinnacle and Mesaba to continue providing weather data to the National Weather Service. Delta shall provide any available National Weather Service data through computer link-up to Pinnacle and Mesaba.
Weather Information. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) all weather information provided by the Company to the Customer, and in particular Rainfall, Decile 2 Events, are taken by the Company from the Bureau of Meteorology or another independent meteorological station (Weather Information) solely for the purpose of identifying whether a Credit Trigger occurs in relation to the Program and any applicable Credit Value, and the Company has not made its own independent inquiries to verify any such information; (b) the Company sets the Credit Trigger based on that Weather Information and modelled historical trends based on that Weather Information; (c) the Customer will make its own independent inquiries in relation to weather information that applies to its Property for the purpose of the Customer’s forecasting and commercial purposes; and (d) the Company excludes all liability (including direct or indirect loss or damage) in relation to reliance on the Weather Information.

Weather Information. The Weather Innovations Network open-access climate monitoring plat- form has been developed to monitor and provide analysis of the micro climatic zones within each appellation and sub-appellation. This data is criti- cal to support research initiatives related to winter hardiness, and as- sists growers and wineries in cultivar selection within the climate zones. The GGO, together with OMAFRA, held 4 sprayer tune-up workshops in Niagara, Xxxxxx Xxxxxx County and Lake Erie North Shore. Xx. Xxxxx Xxxxxx, XXXXXX’s Application Technology Specialist, delivered the workshops to assist growers in improving effectiveness of pesticide application, optimize spray output to match target pests, and potentially reduce drift, run-off and overall pesticide load. Grower evaluations have been positive with indications that participants have learned ways to ultimately reduce their pesticide bills. Chardonnay Education Sessions The quality and unique attributes of Ontario Chardonnay were showcased through a workshop held during the International Cool Climate Chardon- nay Celebration (i4c) on Friday, July 20th. Ontario Chardonnay was com- pared and contrasted against other cool climate Chardonnay growing re- gions. Online training webinars on the Grape Tracker recordkeeping system were held throughout June with more ex- pected to be scheduled for this fall. Growers will be able to listen and learn new concepts and technology from experts from around the world speaking at various conferences. GGO together with OMAFRA will host an integrated pest management day. The objective is to have an IPM specialist deliver the workshop to assist growers in spray rotation, new products and pest identification. A follow up to last winter’s ABA research through CCOVI is planned for the fall of 2012 to determine the impact of ABA applications on grape- vine cold hardiness throughout dormancy and any impacts during the growing season and at harvest in terms of vine performance, fruit maturity and fruit composition. Winter Xxxxxx Xxx Xxxxxxxx was con- ducted by Xxx Xxxx Management Services during the spring of 2012 to assess the level of winter damage as part of the database being collected for management of winter injury.

  • Seller Information The Company may require each seller of Registrable Securities as to which any registration is being effected to furnish, and such seller shall furnish, to the Company such information regarding the distribution of such securities as the Company may from time to time reasonably request in writing.

  • Supplying Information Each Seller shall deliver or provide access to such records, documents, information and data to the applicable Purchaser as such Purchaser may reasonably request in order to properly and efficiently perform its obligations hereunder; provided, however, that the Sellers shall not be required to deliver or provide access to any records, documents, information or data that (a) relates to a part of the business of the Seller Group that is not being serviced by the Purchasers pursuant to this Agreement, (b) in the Sellers’ reasonable determination could violate applicable Law, or could result in the loss or waiver of any attorney-client, work product or similar legal privilege or (c) in the Sellers’ reasonable determination could violate any contractual obligation of the Seller Group with respect to confidentiality; provided, however, the Sellers and the Purchasers shall cooperate in good faith to put in place appropriate substitute disclosure arrangements, including, in the case of clause (a), by separating or redacting the portion of the information that relates to a part of the business of the Seller Group that is not being serviced by the Purchasers pursuant to this Agreement and, in the case of clauses (b) and (c), by using commercially reasonable efforts to obtain the consent of such third party to such access.
