Weddings and Functions. The estimated number of Guests must be provided to Us, at a minimum, 60 days prior to the Arrival Date. Customer acknowledges that the Wedding Package is subject to a minimum number of guests, if the number of Customer’s Guests is less than the minimum number of guests, Customer will be held liable for costs equivalent to if the minimum number of Guests. An invoice for payment of an amount based on the estimated number of guests attending the event will be issued four (4) weeks prior to the Event (“Final Deposit”). Payment should be received by One Warwick Park Hotel fourteen (14) days prior to the Arrival Date. Following the Event an invoice, detailing any additional costs (“Final Invoice”), will be issued to the Customer. Payment for the Final Invoice must be made within 30 days of the date of the invoice.

  • Mixed Functions An employee engaged for more than two hours during one day or shift on duties carrying a higher rate than his or her ordinary classification shall be paid the higher rate for such day or shift. If for two hours or less during one day or shift he or she shall be paid the higher rate for the time so worked.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B-1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of the working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to:

  • Duties and functions 23.2.1 The Independent Engineer shall discharge its duties and functions substantially in accordance with the terms of reference set forth in Schedule-Q.

  • Contractor Personnel Contractor's staff is expected to present a professional appearance. All personnel of the Contractor will be neat, well groomed, properly uniformed in industry standard uniforms and are expected to conduct themselves at all times in a responsible and courteous manner while performing any work under this Agreement and/or whenever they are on District property. The following code of conduct will be adhered to by the Contractor, his agent(s) and/or his employees. If Contractor fails to ensure that its employees or other agents comply with these requirements, then Contractor may be terminated for cause under this Agreement:

  • Administrative Functions Include any or a combination of: liaising with other departments on work flows and other matters; participating in interdepartmental meetings; coordinating transactions with external agencies on behalf of department; formulating and updating departmental procedures; recommending changes to Administration; compiling statistical reports on departmental activity. Administrative Levels Duties First level: As listed above. Second level: Participates in development and monitoring of departmental budget.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.
