Weekend Charters. Weekend charters will normally be assigned on Wednesdays. (If Wednesday is a holiday, charters will be assigned on the next work day.) If an employee is absent when the assignment is made, the employee is not eligible for the charter. The employee must also be at work the full day on the Friday immediately preceding the weekend charter to be eligible to work a weekend charter. Otherwise, the charter will be assigned to the next eligible employee.
