Common use of Weekend Premiums Clause in Contracts

Weekend Premiums. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday. The premium shall be in addition to night and evening premiums. Effective date of ratification, weekend premium increase to one dollar and thirty-five cents ($1.35) per hour.

Weekend Premiums. An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and twentythirty-five cents ($1.251.35) per hour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday. The premium shall be in addition to night and evening premiums. Effective date of ratification, weekend premium increase to one dollar two dollars and thirty-five cents ($1.352.35) per hour.

The Effective first day of the next closest pay period after date of union ratification (September 1, 2023), the weekend premium shall be in addition to night three dollars and evening premiums. Effective date of ratification, weekend premium increase to one dollar and thirty-five fifty cents ($1.353.50) per hourhour for each hour worked between 2300 hours Friday and 2300 hours Sunday.
