Weekends to Allow Equality of Distribution. For all regular workers, weekends will be planned to allow equality of distribution where possible. Days off shall be scheduled consecutively when practicable. Workers who wish weekends off shall be scheduled to allow two (2) weekends off in every five (5). For the purposes of this clause, a weekend shall be defined as the hours between 2300 hours Friday to 0700 hours the following Monday.
