Weighing Procedures. The Company and the County shall jointly establish reasonable procedures to insure proper vehicle identification and to predetermine vehicle tare weights so that net vehicle load can be established. Each incoming vehicle, and outbound vehicle carrying Process Residue, County By-Pass Waste and Unacceptable Waste shall be weighed, indicating gross weight, tare weight, time and truck identification on a weight record. Such records shall be maintained by the County and shall be used by the Company and the County as a basis for calculations required herein. The County shall provide the records in a computerized format mutually agreed to by the parties. The Company shall have the right to inspect the books and records of the scale house at any time, without prior notice; provided, however, that such inspections shall be conducted during business hours in such a manner as to not unreasonably interfere with scale house operations.
