Wetland Delineations. When specified in a work authorization, the Technical Expert shall perform delineations of WOUS, including wetlands. Delineations shall include all field work and compilation of field documentation. Delineations shall be performed in accordance with the current USACE and EPA requirements or as otherwise specified by the State. The Technical Expert shall stake WOUS boundaries in the field. Boundary markers shall be visible above the vegetation at the time of the wetland delineation. If the State or USACE identifies deficiencies in delineations, the Technical Expert shall remedy these deficiencies at no additional cost to the State in accord with the State’s errors and omissions policy. Data points will be recorded using GPS per guidance from the USACE-Galveston when specified in the work authorization.
Wetland Delineations. 1. NRCS will be able to perform Wetland Delineations on any property. However, delineations must be verified by the NRCS for FSA purposes and verified by the USACE for CWA purposes.

  • Wetlands Protection Xxxxxxxx requiring protection under Executive Order 11990 are shown on Sale Area Map. Vehicular or skidding equipment shall not be used in such wetlands, except where roads, landings, and tractor roads are approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Additional measures needed to protect such areas are provided in C6.62.

  • Groundwater The groundwater shall not be degraded as a result of the waste maintained at the facility.

  • Land The real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Land”);

  • Stormwater Notwithstanding any other provisions or terms of this Agreement, Company acknowledges that certain properties within the Premises or on Authority-owned land are subject to stormwater rules and regulations. Any demolition of existing improvements that is necessary to satisfy the Government’s layout shall be done at the Lessor’s expense.

  • Excavation If any excavation shall be made upon land adjacent to or under the Building, or shall be authorized to be made, Tenant shall afford to the person causing or authorized to cause such excavation, license to enter the Premises for the purpose of performing such work as said person shall deem necessary or desirable to preserve and protect the Building from injury or damage and to support the same by proper foundations, without any claim for damages or liability against Landlord and without reducing or otherwise affecting Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.
