What Happens If I Do Not Opt. Out From The Settlement? If you are a Class Member and you do not Opt-Out from the Settlement, you will be legally bound by all orders and judgment of the Court and to the Releases of the Claims in a stipulation of Settlement. This means that in exchange for being a Settlement Class Member and being eligible for the Settlement Benefits of the Settlement, you will not be able to sue, continue to sue, or be part of any other lawsuit against Defendantand/or any of the Released Parties that involves the same legal Claims as those resolved through this Settlement. You will not be responsible for any out-of-pocket costs or attorneys’ fees concerning this case if you stay in the class.
