WHAT WATER SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE. 4.1. Connection to your property 4.1.1. in the case of planned interruptions or unplanned interruptions under clauses 9.1 (Unplanned interruptions) and 9.2 (Planned interruptions); or 4.1.2. in the case of the Ministerial Declaration or water shortages under clause 9.3 (Minister’s declaration) and 9.4 (Water shortages); or 4.1.3. where we are entitled to restrict or discontinue supply under clause 10 (Disconnection or Restriction of Services); or 4.1.4. in the case of events beyond our reasonable control. 4.2. New water connections to your property 4.2.1. your property meets the requirements of connection specified by Ben Lomond Water in its Customer Connection Protocol. 4.3. Drinking water quality 4.3.1. be provided exercising due care and skill; and 4.3.2. be provided in a proper and workmanlike manner and to a standard expected of a member of the water and sewerage industry in Tasmania; and 4.3.3. comply with the health regulations, except where you are a Limited Water Quality Customer as described in Schedule 3; and

WHAT WATER SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE. 4.1 Connection to your property As long as your property is connected to our Water Infrastructure we will deliver Water to theConnection Point, except: (a) in the case of an Unplanned Interruption under clause 10.1 (Unplanned Interruptions) or a Planned Interruption under clause 10.2 (Planned Interruptions); or (b) where a declaration has been issued under clause 10.3 (Minister’s declaration) or we have determined that the circumstances in clause 10.4 (Water shortages) apply; or (c) where we restrict or Disconnect supply under clause 11 (Disconnection or restriction of Services); or (d) in the case of events beyond our reasonable control that impact our ability to provide Water to you. 4.2 New Water connections to your property As long as your property: (a) has not been Disconnected by us; and (b) meets the requirements of connection specified in our Connection Policy, then we will arrange and provide for a connection(s) to your property within 10 Business Days(or such later date as we both may agree). 4.3 Water quality Subject to clause 4.4 (Non-potable Water), clause 4.5 (Water flow rate) and your property being connected to our Water Infrastructure, we will supply Water to the Connection Point at your property in accordance with relevant warranties contained in clause 8 (TasWater Warranties).

WHAT WATER SERVICES DO WE PROVIDE. 4.1 Provision of Water to your property (a) deliver Water to the Connection Point in accordance with our warranties under clause 3; (b) deliver Water to the Connection Point at the Minimum Flow Rate set out in our Price and Service Plan; (c) use reasonable endeavours to deliver Water to the Connection Point at the Minimum Pressure set out in our Price and Service Plan; unless: (d) You are a Limited Water Quality Customer; or (e) You are a Limited Water Supply Customer; or (f) there is a Planned Interruption or Unplanned Interruption to the Water Service as detailed in clause 9; or (g) we restrict or disconnect the Water Service under clause 10; or (h) the Act or other law provides otherwise. Testing of flow rates and water quality upon request by You will be undertaken in accordance with the obligations and process set out in the Code. 4.2 Water connections to your property

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by CBB for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by CBB, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit CBB to route the CBB Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by CBB. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by CBB and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at CBB's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, CBB will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. CBB shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to CBB’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • The Web Services E-Verify Employer Agent agrees to, consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and policies, commit sufficient personnel and resources to meet the requirements of this MOU.

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.

  • Network Services Local Access Services In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed monthly recurring local loop charges ranging from $1,200 to $2,000 for TDM-based DS-3 Network Services Local Access Services at 2 CLLI codes mutually agreed upon by Customer and Company.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition. 13.2 If the Hosting of Customer Data by Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract contributes to or directly causes a Data Breach, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1 related to breach reporting requirements and associated costs. Likewise if such Hosting contributes to or directly causes a Security Incident, Supplier shall be responsible for the obligations set forth in Appendix 1, as applicable. 14 Change Management

  • Extra Services District-authorized services outside of the scope in Exhibit “A” or District-authorized reimbursables not included in Architect’s Fee.

Income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of professional services or other activities of an independent character shall be taxable only in that State unless he has a fixed base regularly available to him in the other Contracting State for the purpose of performing his activities. If he has such a fixed base, the income may be taxed in the other State but only so much of it as is attributable to that fixed base. 2. The term “professional services” includes especially independent scientific, literary, artistic, educational or teaching activities as well as the independent activities of physicians, lawyers, engineers, architects, dentists and accountants.

  • Access to the Services ID’s for access to Vendor Core Research and Analyst Inquiry may not be shared. Access to the Services is restricted to the number of named individuals (each a “Licensed User”) as identified in the Customer Purchase Order.

  • Support Services Rehabilitation, counselling and EAP’s. Support is strictly non- punitive, and can be accessed at anytime (self-identification of the need for help is strongly encouraged).
