HEALTH REGULATIONS. The Beneficiary must respect all governmental recommendations to avoid the propagation of the "Covid-19" virus or any other virus as well as the Health Protocol in force within the Le Mans 24 Hours Circuit at the date of the Event, which can be consulted online on the various SSP ACO websites. The Beneficiary must, if requested by the SSP ACO, sign a certificate on honour proving that he has read the Health Protocol and that he undertakes to respect it (to be signed by the legal representatives for minors under 16 years of age) and hand it over to the SSP ACO before entering the Circuit. If the Beneficiary's PCR test requested in the Health Protocol is positive, the Beneficiary will not be allowed to enter the Circuit and his Ticket will not be refunded. No refund of the Ticket will be made if the Customer and/or the Beneficiary fails to comply with the conditions of entry to the Le Mans 24 Hour Circuit (absence of a signed sworn certificate, absence of a negative PCR test, etc.).
HEALTH REGULATIONS. The Licensee shall not permit or allow the sale or consumption of any food on the Premises without the written consent of the Licensor and obtaining all appropriate licenses and permits as required by law.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. As LESSEE will engage in the production, warehousing and storage of food grade commodities on the occupancy, all health and building codes and regulations shall be met and adhered to by LESSEE. In the event that LESSEE is unable to secure the necessary permits and licenses, through no fault of their own, then LESSEE shall be freed from any and all of their obligations under this lease. If the LESSEE is unable to secure said permits and licenses by their own failure, LESSEE may terminate their obligations under this lease in accordance with those term outlines in the EARLY TERMINATION section below. Any alterations to the occupancy or LEASE AGREEMENT - 4 repairs necessary to return the building to its current condition as of July 15, 2001 upon such termination shall be responsibility of LESSOR, in addition any improvements or equipment installed in the facility shall be property of LESSOR.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. Any food, drug or other Goods which are found to be unwholesome or otherwise unfit for human consumption or use, shall not be removed by the Seller until examined by the appropriate public authorities. If condemned, such Goods shall be disposed of by the Seller in accordance with the rules and regulations of the appropriate public authorities. Should the Seller fail to make disposal within twenty-four (24) hours after appropriate orders to do so, the City may make such disposal and charge the Seller for the cost involved.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. The Commonwealth of Virginia and Loudoun County require that each new and returning student submit a current Commonwealth of Virginia School Entrance Health Form before admission to GVCC. The form must include an up-to-date inoculation record, and relevant personal health information for your child, including allergies, special health considerations, etc. It must be signed by a health professional. Children must be fully toilet- trained to attend the 3’s, 4’s, and 5’s preschool programs.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. Admission shall be refused to all persons having an infectious disease, sore or inflamed eyes, colds, nasal or ear discharges, or any communicable disease of any kind. Persons with excessive sunburn, open sores, or bandages of any kind will not be permitted.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. (a) The Companies have, at all times, acted in compliance with the requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (“HIPAA”), including, without implied limitation, all business associate agreements, trading partner agreements and/or other HIPAA-related agreements to which it is a party relating to its obligations to protect the confidentiality and/or security of patient-related information in its possession or under its control.
(b) The Companies have, at all times, acted in compliance with the requirements of all Applicable Laws relating to its obligation to retain and provide access to certain information and documentation to the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services and the Comptroller General of the Unites States.
(c) To Sellers’ Knowledge, neither of the Companies nor any of their employees/agents/vendors/contractors/suppliers is now or has ever been excluded, debarred, suspended or otherwise declared ineligible to participate in any federal health care programs or federal procurement or non-procurement programs; neither it nor any of its employees/agents/vendors/contractors/suppliers has ever been convicted of a criminal offense relating to the provision of federal healthcare items or services; neither it nor any of its employees/agents/vendors/contractors/suppliers is now under investigation which may result in being excluded from participation in any federal health care programs; and, it is not aware of any other circumstances which may result in it and/or any of its employees/agents/vendors/ contractors/suppliers being excluded from participation in any federal health care programs.
(d) The Companies have, at all times, acted in compliance with all requirements of the federal fraud and abuse laws, rules and regulations, including, without implied limitation, the federal Xxxxx Law (found at 42 USC 1395nn) and the federal Anti-Kickback Xxxxxxx (xxxxx xx 00 X.X.X. 0000x).
(e) The Companies have, at all times, acted in compliance with all applicable state fraud and abuse laws, rules and regulations, including, without implied limitation, any such laws, rules and regulations relating to payments made by/to it to/from third parties and/or discounts offered by it to third parties in connection with items or services that may be paid for, in whole or in part, by any federal or state health care program.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. The traveler is obliged to inform EUROCLUB about all the facts regarding his/her health, habits and the likes, which could endanger traveling (if from health and other reason requires a certain type of food, chronic illnesses, allergies, etc.). Some programs specify special travel rules that include mandatory vaccination and procurement of appropriate documents. The traveler is obliged to carry out mandatory vaccination as well as having certificates and documents on it. We recommend paying for health insurance.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. The traveler is obliged to notify Osijek Airport of all facts in regards to his health, habits, etc. that may jeopardize the progress of the voyage (if due to health or other reasons, a specific type of food is necessary, if chronically ill, if allergies are present, etc.). In some programs, special travel rules are stated, which include mandatory vaccinations and the acquisition of pertinent documentation. The traveler shall be obliged to execute mandatory vaccinations as well as be in possession of confirmation and documents thereof. We recommend obtaining a health insurance policy.
HEALTH REGULATIONS. Sanitation practices must be adhered to as found in the The Sanitary Code of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Department of Public Health, Article X, Minimum Sanitation Standards for Food Service Establishments. No food shall be taken home.
