Water shortages. We may interrupt, limit or place restrictions on the supply of our water services to you, if: 9.4.1. there is a shortage of water; or 9.4.2. for any other unavoidable cause, we are unable to supply the quantity of water which we would otherwise supply to you; or 9.4.3. we believe that the reduction or restriction is necessary to avoid future water shortages. We will provide you written notice of interruption or publish a notice in a newspaper circulating generally in the area which the interruption is to take place detailing: 9.4.4. the extent of the interruption; 9.4.5. the reason for the interruption; 9.4.6. the time at which the interruption will occur; and 9.4.7. the time at which, or circumstances, if any, when the services will return to normal.

Water shortages. We may reduce or restrict the supply of our Water Services to You, if: (a) there is a shortage of Water which impacts on our ability to supply the quantity of Water which we would otherwise supply to You; or (b) for any other unavoidable cause, we are unable to supply the quantity of Water which we would otherwise supply to You; or (c) we believe that the reduction or restriction is necessary to avoid future Water shortages. We will provide You written notice of the proposed reduction or restriction to the supply of our Water Services to You or publish a notice in a newspaper circulating generally in the area in which the proposed reduction or restriction is to take place detailing: (d) the extent, reason and time of the proposed reduction or restriction; and

The objective of this water shortages evaluation will be to reduce the City's water supply risk and also to improve operational flexibility.

Water shortages. Water restrictions or allocations from MWD/MWDOC due to water supply shortages, or shortages created by other localized service or supply interruption, will be proportionately allocated to LBCWD and EBSD customers based on the most recent last 12- months of consumption data from the date the water shortage has been declared by MWD, MWDOC, or LBCWD. Water restrictions that are mandated by the State will follow the state regulations, laws, or orders for how the restrictions and/or penalties for non-compliance will be applied to EBSD and LBCWD separately.

  • Cash Shortages No employee may be required to make up cash register shortages unless he or she is given the privilege of checking the money and daily receipts upon starting and completing the work shift, and unless the employee has exclusive access to the cash register during the work shift and unless cash is balanced daily, except as specified below. No employee may be required to make up register shortages when Management exercises the right to open the register during the employee's work shift, unless the register is opened in the presence of the employee and the employee is given the opportunity to verify all withdrawals and/or deposits. The initial test results and certification shall be submitted to the City of Maple Grove Public Works Department. Subsequently, the RPZ must be tested, per the Guidelines, at least annually by a certified tester with the results reported to the City of Maple Grove Building Department and the RPZ must be rebuilt as needed in accordance with the Guidelines. Test/rebuilt reports shall be mailed or faxed to the City of Maple Grove Building Department at (000) 000-0000. The irrigation system shall be designed and the Plans shall be modified accordingly, prior to the issuance of any permits for the development of the Property, to accommodate a 1-inch water meter and a maximum flow of 50 gallons per minute.

  • Electrical Provide drawings for the following systems: .1 Lighting including circuiting and luminaire identification and switching. Also provide illuminance computer printout for all indoor typical indoor spaces and parking lots. .2 Convenience outlets and circuiting, special outlets and circuiting, television outlets, and power systems and equipment. Provide riser diagrams for all electrical systems including master clock, intercom, fire alarm, ITV, computer networking/telephone. Also, provide for emergency and normal power distribution. Provide luminaire schedule. .3 Panel schedule may be in preliminary form but circuitry must be included. .4 Applicable installation details. .5 General legend and list of abbreviations. .6 Voltage drop computation for all main feeders. .7 Short circuit analysis .8 Provide 1/2" scale floor plan and wall elevations for all electrical rooms.

  • Longer/Shorter Length of Coverage If none of the above rules determine the order of benefits, the benefits of the plan that covered a member or subscriber longer are determined before those of the plan that covered that person for the shorter term.

  • Drainage ▪ Prevent silt bearing road surface and ditch runoff from delivering sediment to any streams or wetlands. ▪ Maintain rolling dips and drivable waterbars as needed to keep them functioning as intended. ▪ Maintain headwalls to the road shoulder level with material that will resist erosion. ▪ Maintain energy dissipaters at culvert outlets with non-erodible material or rock. ▪ Keep ditches, culverts, and other drainage structures clear of obstructions and functioning as intended. ▪ Inspect and clean culverts at least monthly, with additional inspections during storms and periods of high runoff. This shall be done even during periods of inactivity. ▪ Perform preventative maintenance work to safeguard against storm damage, such as blading to ensure correct runoff, ditch and culvert cleaning, and waterbar maintenance.

  • Clean-up Time Employees shall be allowed reasonable time during the workday or shift for clean-up purposes.

  • Drainage Systems (1) Clear culvert inlets, outlets, and sediment catching basins. (2) Maintain waterbars, drainage dips, and other water diversion measures. (3) During active use, patrol and maintain functional drainage. (4) Repair damaged culvert ends.

  • Sprinklers Subject to any terms, conditions and limitations set forth herein, Landlord shall provide an operative sprinkler system consisting of mains, laterals, and heads “AS IS” on the date of delivery of the Premises to Tenant. Tenant shall pay for piping distribution, drops and relocation of, or additional, sprinkler system heads and Building firehose or firehose valve cabinets, if Tenant’s Plans and/or any applicable Laws necessitate such.
