Connection Policy definition

Connection Policy means the policy issued by NuStar Energy L.P. and applicable to its affiliates setting forth the requirements that must be met for any connections to a facility, as such policy may be amended from time-to-time.
Connection Policy means the agreement in place with the Network Operator in respect of the connection of the Supply Address to the Network;
Connection Policy means this connection policy approved by the AER. "Connection Services" has the meaning given in the NER.
