Unplanned interruptions. (a) We may interrupt the supply of energy to your premises in circumstances where we consider that a customer’s energy installation or the distribution system poses an immediate threat of injury or material damage to any person, property or the distribution system, including:
(i) for unplanned maintenance or repairs;
(ii) for health or safety reasons;
(iii) in an emergency;
(iv) as required by a relevant authority;
(v) to shed demand for energy because the total demand at the relevant time exceeds the total supply available; or
(vi) to restore supply to a customer.
(b) If an unplanned interruption is made, we will use our best endeavours to restore energy supply to the premises as soon as possible.
(c) We will make information about unplanned interruptions (including the nature of any emergency and, where reasonably possible, an estimate of when energy supply will be restored) available on a 24 hour telephone information service.
Unplanned interruptions. We may disconnect or restrict services in the event of:
9.1.1. an emergency;
9.1.2. a situation where we need to avert danger to any person or property. If there is an unplanned interruption to the services we will minimise the inconvenience to you in accordance with our Customer Charter and the Price and Service Plan and restore the services as soon as practicable.

Unplanned interruptions. Unplanned interruptions occur in situations where the Company does not know of the need for the interruption in advance, such as:
(i) Faults on the Network caused by equipment failure, accident, storm or similar event;
(ii) In the event of an occurrence of Force Majeure;
(iii) Overloading arising from a capacity shortage in the Network or System Operator’s Network;
(iv) Emergencies; or
(v) As a condition of the supply of transmission service from System Operator, for the automatic low frequency-initiated tripping of specified 11kV feeders in the event that the System Operator Network integrity is endangered.
Unplanned interruptions. If there is an Unplanned Interruption to our supply of Services to you, we will make every reasonable effort to minimise the inconvenience to you by: • restoring the Service as quickly as possible • providing as much information as practicable on our website, which will advise you how long the interruption is likely to last based on the best information available at the time. Further detail on Unplanned Interruptions, including the process for addressing water leaks or burst water mains and flooding, is provided in the Leaks and Burst Main Response Procedure provided on our website.

(a) We may interrupt the supply of Energy to your Premises in circumstances where we consider that a Customer’s Energy installation or the Distribution System poses an immediate threat of injury or material damage to any person, property or the Distribution System, including:

Unplanned interruptions. In the event of any unplanned interruptions, the Company will use reasonable endeavours to promptly:
(a) notify the Customer of the nature and scale of the interruption and its estimated duration; and
(b) restore the Customer’s Water Service as soon as practically possible.
Unplanned interruptions. If there is an unplanned interruption to your water supply service or sewerage service, we will minimise the inconvenience to you by: • restoring the service as quickly as possible;
Unplanned interruptions. NTT agrees to provide the Professional Services on the basis that the Engagement is a continuous or scheduled service. If there is any unplanned interruption in continuity of the Engagement for any reason, and/or if the Client requires work to be rescheduled and NTT agrees to such rescheduling, NTT may charge the Client the amount that reflects the changes to the time (at the time and materials rates in the Order Form) or expense associated with stopping and restarting or rescheduling the Engagement. The Client acknowledges and agrees that NTT may reallocate personnel or resources to other engagements if there is a delay in commencement or interruption to the Engagement caused by the Client. In such case NTT may in its sole discretion vary the Engagement timetable including completion of Deliverables and will notify the Cli ent of amendments to the timetable accordingly, prior to commencing or resuming the Engagement.
Unplanned interruptions. Situations where the Company does not know of the need for the interruption in advance, including without limitation:
(i) faults in the Scheme Infrastructure caused by equipment failure, accident, storm or similar event; or
(ii) emergencies; or
(iii) an event of Force Majeure.
