Wheelchairs and Other Assistive Devices. For domestic travel only, the baggage limitations of liability set forth in this Rule do not apply to claims for loss, damage or delay concerning wheelchairs or other assistive devices. Liability for a lost or irreparably damaged wheelchair or other assistive device will be the original purchase price of the device, or where repairable, the actual cost of repair. Documentary proof is required from the Passenger for any claim for damages, loss or repair. Tradewind has the right to inspect and document any pre-existing damage prior to acceptance of wheelchairs or other assistive devices as Checked Baggage. The notice and claim requirements of this Rule do apply.

  • FACILITIES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER MATERIALS Except as otherwise specifically provided in this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and other materials which may be required for performing services pursuant to this Agreement. At COUNTY’s discretion, COUNTY may make equipment or facilities available to CONTRACTOR for CONTRACTOR’s use in furtherance of this Agreement only where a COUNTY Facility or Equipment exhibit is attached to this Agreement identifying the equipment or facilities to be used by CONTRACTOR’s personnel.   • Consultant’s Contract Manager and Other Staffing Identified below are the following: (a) the Consultant’s contract manager for this Approved Service Order, and (b) the Consultant(s) and/or employee(s) of the Consultant who will be principally responsible for providing the services and deliverables.
