When a Holiday Falls on a Non-Working Day. If a statutory or public holiday should fall on a non-working day, the Board shall declare that the working day immediately preceding the holiday or the working day immediately following the holiday or any other day mutually agreed to, shall be observed in lieu of the holiday. Should the Provincial Government choose another date, then that date shall be observed.
