WHEN VACATION MAY BE TAKEN. Paid leave may be granted up to a maximum of 80 hours in a pay period only for those days or fractions thereof on which an employee would have been regularly scheduled to work and would have worked but for the vacation leave. Vacations will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Agency/Department Head and the employee. An employee shall be allowed to divide his vacation leave in any calendar year into two segments.
