When you must pay. (a) Where a direct debit or credit card arrangement applies, we may debit any Charge when it is billed or billable.
(b) If any bill is overdue for payment, you must pay that bill and any other bill immediately.
(c) In any other case, you must pay a bill within 14 days after its Bill Date unless a different timeframe is stated in your Plan or Customer Contract.
When you must pay. 8.3.1 You must pay the fees on or before the dates set out in the fees schedule.
8.3.2 At your child’s first enrolment at the school and at the beginning of each school year, you may choose to pay the school fees yearly, termly or monthly. We will let you know in advance when the school fees go up.
8.3.3 If you are not sure about how much you must pay and by when, please speak to us. We will give you a written explanation of how the fees work.
When you must pay. You must pay all charges and rental within 14 days of you receiving your bill and deposits when we ask for them. Payments must be made by direct debit only unless agreed otherwise in writing by Mainstream.
8.4.1 If Mainstream does not receive payment by the due date; Mainstream may charge the User without further notice:
(a) a late payment fee of £5 per invoice where payment has not been received by the due date
(b) daily interest on late payments at a per annum rate equal to 7% above the base lending rate of the European Central Bank for the period beginning on the date on which payment is due and ending on the date on which payment is made. If you do not pay a bill, Mainstream may instruct a debt collection agency to collect payment (including any interest, and / or late payment charges) on its behalf. If Mainstream instructs an agency, you must pay Mainstream an additional sum. This will not exceed the reasonable costs Mainstream has to pay to the agency, who will add the sum to the User's outstanding debt on Mainstream’s behalf. If any sum owed by the User to Mainstream under this Agreement or any contract with Mainstream is not paid by the due date, Mainstream may deduct this sum from any payment or credit due to the User under this Agreement or any other contract with Mainstream.
(c) for calls at our standard rates on subsequent invoices where discounted or preferential rates have been previously applied.
8.4.2 The title of goods/equipment supplied by Mainstream Digital Limited remains with Mainstream Digital Limited until full payment has been received.
When you must pay. A bill for Personal Charges will be billed directly to the Owner and is due upon issue.
When you must pay. We can demand immediate payment from you for all amounts you have guaranteed even if we have not tried to collect from the Borrower and have not attempted to enforce any security interests given to secure an amount subject to your guaranty:
a) If the Borrower is in default under any agreement with us.
b) If anyone is in default under any security agreement securing an amount you have guaranteed.
c) If the Borrower fails to pay the (credit co- operative) any amount required to be paid when it is due or if payment is subject to demand, when payment is demanded.
d) If you break any promise you made under this Agreement or default under any other loan obligation or credit agreement you have with us.
e) If you file for bankruptcy or similar proceedings, or become insolvent, or if you are an entity, if a partner or a majority owner of the entity dies, files for bankruptcy or similar proceeding, or becomes insolvent.
f) If you make any false or misleading statements in any credit application, financial statement or similar document.
g) If any statement becomes misleading due to a change in circumstance and you fail to correct that statement.
When you must pay. (a) Except where a Document says otherwise, all amounts are payable on demand or when the Lender debits your account for them or in the manner specified in the relevant Document.
(b) If you have a Loan, and if on the Principal Repayment Date there is any outstanding balance of the Principal Sum, interest or other money due and payable under your Loan, then you must pay such balance on the Principal Repayment Date.
(c) In any event, if you or any person who has given any Security for any Document, die or cease to be of full legal capacity, the Lender may require you or your estate to pay all principal and all other amounts which you promise to pay under this clause 4. You or your estate must immediately pay them even if they are not yet otherwise payable.
(d) Where a payment falls due on a day which is not a day on which the Lender is open for business in the place of payment, you must make the payment on the preceding day on which the Lender is open, except when you have arrangements for the payment to be made automatically from another account. In that case the payment must be made when the Lender would normally debit that account for that payment under its then normal procedures.

TCP Customers All Billing information will be accessible before we do so, but you agree that we may allow you less than 10 Working Days to check your bill (or, if no bill is required, all applicable charges) before an associated Direct Debit transaction occurs, varying the usual rule in clause 5.7(c) of the TCP code.
