Common use of Whenever an employee covered by this Agreement fills Clause in Contracts

Whenever an employee covered by this Agreement fills. a temporary job or temporary vacancy outside the Bargaining Unit, the employee will continue to accrue seniority for up to eighteen (18) months. The employee will not be covered by any provisions of this Agreement with the exception of Union dues shall be deducted from the employee’s pay during the assignment, and the right to Union representation through the grievance procedure in the event of discipline or discharge.
