Appropriate Use It will use its Project property for appropriate purposes (including joint development purposes as well as uses that provide program income to support public transportation) for the duration of the useful life of its Project property, which may extend beyond the duration of the Award, and consistent with other requirements FTA may impose.
Best Value 12.1 The Council has a statutory duty to provide Best Value pursuant to the provisions of the Local Government Act 1999 which includes the need for continuous improvement in the standard of the Services and quality within financial restrictions. The Service Provider shall work with the Council to identify develop and deliver Best Value services under the terms and conditions of this Supplier Agreement within available resources.

Appropriate Unit The Exclusive Representative shall represent all such employees of the district contained in the appropriate unit as defined in Article III, Section 2 of the Agreement and the P.E.L.R.A. and in certification by the Commissioner of Mediation Services, if any.
PRIORITY HIRING CONSIDERATIONS If this Contract includes services in excess of $200,000, the Contractor shall give priority consideration in filling vacancies in positions funded by the Contract to qualified recipients of aid under Welfare and Institutions Code Section 11200 in accordance with Pub. Appropriate Technical and Organizational Measures SAP has implemented and will apply the technical and organizational measures set forth in Appendix 2. Customer has reviewed such measures and agrees that as to the Cloud Service selected by Customer in the Order Form the measures are appropriate taking into account the state of the art, the costs of implementation, nature, scope, context and purposes of the processing of Personal Data.
