Common use of Winter Break Day Clause in Contracts

Winter Break Day. Employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for more than four (4) months, prior to the end of the Fall Quarter, will be entitled to an additional day of paid leave to be used between the end of Fall Quarter and the beginning of Winter Quarter.

Winter Break Day. Employees who have been continuously employed by the Employer for more than four (4) months, prior to the end of the Fall Quarter, will be entitled to an additional day of paid leave to be used between the end of Fall Quarter and the beginning of Winter Quarter. The day may not be carried forward for use at a later date, may not be donated through Shared Leave, and will not be cashed out under any circumstances. Except as modified by this section, the provisions of Section 17.7 regarding Personal Holidays will apply to the Winter Break Day.
