Winter Seasonal Positions. Winter seasonal positions will be posted for the Section for which they are required. Preference will be given to employees within the Section. An interview process (written and/or oral, depending on the nature of the position) may be used to select employees for posted positions. An employee, who is successful in obtaining a posted position and performs satisfactorily, has the right to the same position in subsequent seasons.
