WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE PERSONAL DATA. We process Personal Data in the United States and the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and in other countries through third parties that we may use. We may also share your Personal Data as follows: • With third party assisting Freshworks in providing you the Service(s) (“Sub- Processors" listed here). Our Sub-Processors are given access to Customer’s Account and Service Data only as reasonably necessary to provide the Service(s) and will be subject to confidentiality obligations in their service agreements; • With third party service providers providing services, such as research and analytics, anti- spamming and anti-phishing services, marketing and data enrichment or for them to reach out to you on our behalf; • For Freshinbox users : with third parties (sub contractors) to permit such parties to provide services that help us to provide our business activities, which may include assisting us with marketing, advertising our product/service offerings, or providing, maintaining and improving the features and functionality of the Services, among other things. The data shared is limited to your name, email address, the company information and your communication history. This will never include sharing any email data which we have access to through the Gmail Restricted Scopes (the Gmail Restricted Scope designates certain Google OAuth API scopes which are subjected to additional security and privacy requirements as mentioned in Google's API Services User Data Policy for your account). For example, we may provide personal information to our sub-contractors for direct emailing of our newsletters or notifications of our product/service offerings.   • Processing Personal Data 40.1. The Company is the data controller in the relevant jurisdiction. You hereby acknowledge and agree to the collection and processing of personal data provided by you in connection with the opening of a trading account for the purpose of performing our obligations under these Terms and Conditions and for administering the relationship between you and us.

  • Processing of Company Personal Data 2.1 Processor shall:

  • Personal Data Registry Operator shall (i) notify each ICANN-­‐accredited registrar that is a party to the registry-­‐registrar agreement for the TLD of the purposes for which data about any identified or identifiable natural person (“Personal Data”) submitted to Registry Operator by such registrar is collected and used under this Agreement or otherwise and the intended recipients (or categories of recipients) of such Personal Data, and (ii) require such registrar to obtain the consent of each registrant in the TLD for such collection and use of Personal Data. Registry Operator shall take reasonable steps to protect Personal Data collected from such registrar from loss, misuse, unauthorized disclosure, alteration or destruction. Registry Operator shall not use or authorize the use of Personal Data in a way that is incompatible with the notice provided to registrars.

Customer shall have sole responsibility for the means by which Customer acquired Personal Data.

  • Shared Personal Data This clause sets out the framework for the sharing of personal data between the parties as data controllers. Each party acknowledges that one party (the Data Discloser) will regularly disclose to the other party (the Data Recipient) Shared Personal Data collected by the Data Discloser for the Agreed Purposes.
