Witness Appearance Leave. An employee who is subpoenaed to appear in Court as a Crown Witness or to give evidence on matters directly related to his/her employment is entitled to leave on full pay for the period of such appearance.

Witness Appearance Leave. An employee who is subpoenaed to appear in Court as a Crown Witness or to give evidence on matters directly related to hisher/her his employment is entitled to leave on full pay for the period of such appearance. Employees who are required to attend Fair Work Commission proceedings will also be entitled to leave on full pay for the duration of the appearance. An employee who is required to appear in Court in a capacity other than as specified in clause 24.1 and 24.2 is entitled to leave without pay for the period of that appearance or may apply to take annual leave for the period if they wish.
