Witness in Court. The Board shall grant a leave of absence where a Teacher is summoned as a witness in court, provided the Teacher is neither the plaintiff nor the defendant in the action. The Teacher shall receive full salary from the Board and turn over to the Board all monies received from the court as witness fees.
