Work Authorisation. This document constitutes a “Work Authorisation” under the Master Agreement and this Work Authorisation and the services contemplated herein are subject to the terms and provisions of the Master Agreement.

Work Authorisation. Only authorised people shall undertake work that can have an impact on operational safety, personal safety and/or performance of Network Rail managed infrastructure. Where applicable, a new Authority to Work shall be issued each time a person’s competence changes. Each Authority to Work shall be signed by the employee’s line manager. The person receiving the Authority to Work shall countersign to confirm they understand the work they are authorised to complete. Line managers shall use Oracle E-Business Suite to maintain records of people’s competence and shall issue an Authority to Work based on this information where applicable. Each Authority to Work shall include: • a unique identity number for the person; • the persons name; • details of the persons current competence(s); • details of any specific endorsements (type of work/activities); • dates showing the validity of the competence(s); • details of work that the person is authorised to complete including any specific restrictions that apply such as the requirement for supervision; • the date the authority to work was issued.
Work Authorisation. This Statement of Work shall govern the provision of Services provided to the Customer as identified in this Statement of Work. The Services are delivered subject to the terms and conditions set out in the Orgvue Master Services Agreement located at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/legal/terms-and-conditions/orgvue-subscription-agreement/ (Terms). The Statement of Work together with the Terms constitute the agreement between Orgvue and the Customer for the provision of the Services (Agreement). The Customer acknowledges, agrees and accepts by electronically signing in the box below, that: (i) the Customer has read the Agreement, fully understands it and that agrees to be bound by it; (ii) the Agreement is deemed to be made in writing; and (iii) the Client affirmatively agrees to sign by way of electronic signature, which shall be fully and legally binding.
Work Authorisation. 10.1. Any additional work will need to be authorised by the customer. 10.2. Due to the nature of the services offered, should only the vehicle be on site and the customer not, we will accept authorization over the telephone.

  • Authorisation obtain or cause to be obtained, maintain in full force and effect and comply fully with all Required Authorisations, provide the Agent with Certified Copies of the same and do, or cause to be done, all other acts and things which may from time to time be necessary or desirable under any applicable law (whether or not in the Pertinent Jurisdiction) for the continued due performance of all the obligations of the Security Parties under each of the Security Documents;

  • Work Authorization By entering into this Agreement, the Judicial Council only authorizes the Criteria Architect to begin its Work on the Phase indicated on the Coversheet of the Agreement. The Judicial Council has the sole and unilateral right to authorize additional Phases, however, those authorizations will be made in the form of an amendment pursuant to this Agreement, authorizing the appropriate Phase and funding specified herein, which must be executed by the Criteria Architect and the Judicial Council. Work for additional Phases added to the Agreement by amendment will be authorized using Notice to Proceed. Criteria Architect is not authorized to begin any work or services marked “NYA” (Not Yet Authorized).

  • New Work Authorization If the Engineer does not complete the services authorized in a work authorization before the specified completion date and has not requested a supplemental work authorization, the work authorization shall terminate on the completion date. At the sole discretion of the State, it may issue a new work authorization to the Engineer for the incomplete work using the unexpended balance of the preceding work authorization for the project. If approved by the State, the Engineer may calculate any additional cost for the incomplete work using the rates set forth in the preceding work authorization and in accordance with Attachment E, Fee Schedule.

  • Maintain Authorisations It will use all reasonable efforts to maintain in full force and effect all consents of any governmental or other authority that are required to be obtained by it with respect to this Agreement or any Credit Support Document to which it is a party and will use all reasonable efforts to obtain any that may become necessary in the future.

  • WORK AUTHORIZATIONS The State will issue work authorizations using the form included in Attachment D (Work Authorizations and Supplemental Work Authorizations) to authorize all work under this contract. The Engineer must sign and return a work authorization within seven (7) working days after receipt. Refusal to accept a work authorization may be grounds for termination of the contract. The State shall not be responsible for actions by the Engineer or any costs incurred by the Engineer relating to work not directly associated with or prior to the execution of a work authorization. Terms and conditions governing the use of work authorizations are set forth in Attachment A, General Provisions, Article 1.

  • Client Categorisation 4.1. The client understands and accepts that each category of Clients has its individual level of regulative protection acknowledging that Retail Clients have the highest level of protection whereas Professional Clients and Eligible Counterparties are considered to be more experienced, informed, skilled and able to estimate their risk, therefore are provided with a lower level of protection. 4.2. The Company will treat the Client as a Retail Client, Professional Client or Eligible Counterparty, depending on how the Client completes the Application Form and according to the method of categorisation as this method is explained under the title “Client Categorisation” (Appendix II), and by accepting this Agreement the Client accepts application of such method. 4.3. The Client accepts that when categorising the Client and dealing with him, the Company will rely on the accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information provided by the Client in his Application Form and the Client has the responsibility to immediately notify the Company in writing if such information changes. 4.4. The Company has the right to review the Client’s Categorisation and change his Categorisation if this is deemed necessary (subject to Applicable Laws).

  • Work Authorization Budget A work authorization budget shall set forth in detail (1) the computation of the estimated cost of the work as described in the work authorization, (2) the estimated time (hours/days) required to complete the work at the hourly rates established in Attachment E, Fee Schedule; (3) a work plan that includes a list of the work to be performed, (4) a stated maximum number of calendar days to complete the work, and (5) a cost-not-to-exceed-amount or unit or lump sum cost and the total cost or price of the work authorization. The State will not pay items of cost that are not included in or rates that exceed those approved in Attachment E.

  • Emergency Work Authorizations The State, at its sole discretion, may accept the Engineer's signature on a faxed copy of the work authorization as satisfying the requirements for executing the work authorization, provided that the signed original is received by the State within five business days from the date on the faxed copy.
