WORK FLEXIBILITY. 5.1 The Chief Executive Officer may require an employee to undertake any duties the employee is reasonably capable of performing, and may move an employee to another position at the same or a higher level, provided that the employee is given at least five (5) working days’ notice where practicable. 5.2 An employee may agree to a shorter notice period than the period provided under Clause 5.1.
