Work on Holidays (9. 4). Hours paid for at this premium rate (time and one-half) during the normal work day shall count as time worked in computing hours beyond the normal full-time work period (i.e. weekly overtime). Hours paid for under this premium in excess of the normal work day shall not count as time worked in computing hours beyond the normal full- time work period (i.e. weekly overtime).
