Common use of Work Organisation Clause in Contracts

Work Organisation. 9.1 Xxxxxxxxx may direct an Employee to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the Employee's skill, competence and training consistent with the Employee’s Classification Level and the Employee is required to follow all such lawful directions or they may be subject to disciplinary action, including possible dismissal.
