Supervisory personnel shall not do the work of Employees in the bargaining unit which will deprive such Employees of jobs regularly performed by them. Bargaining unit personnel may be promoted on a temporary basis to supervise other bargaining unit personnel in emergency situations. These provisions do not supersede Article 3, Management Rights, Section 1 D.
