Work Week Group E or SE Employees. When a permanent full-time employee is required to work on an observed holiday and the observed holiday falls on the employee’s regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive up to eight hours of holiday credit and one hour Administrative Time Off (ATO) for every two hours worked. If an observed holiday falls on an employee’s normal day off, and the employee does not work, the employee shall receive no more than eight hours of holiday credit.
