Worker’s Compensation Hearings. Bargaining Unit members required to attend Worker’s Compensation Hearings during the work day for injuries suffered on the job for TCTC as part of assigned duties may use up to a total of twelve (12) hours Professional Leave per year to attend such hearings, without mileage or meal reimbursement.
