Working Conditions Meeting. a. In the event that the Employer and/or the Union receives notification: i. that a trade Union has established a picket line at any entrance of any campus of Xxxxx Xxxxxx University, or on such a campus, or ii. that an Employer has served a lock out notice or a trade Union has served a strike notice which might, if acted upon, result in the establishment of such a legal picket line; the Working Conditions Committee shall meet to determine the advisability of maintaining the operations of the SFSS. b. This meeting shall be convened within one (1) working day of receiving such notification. The provisions of article 5.4(d) shall not apply.
