WORKPLACE FACILITIES. All employees within the application of this agreement shall have made available to them, subject to priority and availability, suitable office space with computer and telephone facilities for the purposes of performing their duties. Appropriate space for meeting clients and undertaking psychological testing, assessment and intervention (which may not be the employee’s office) shall also be made available. Such accommodation will be provided on site and will be sufficient to ensure good clinical outcomes can be achieved in an environment that is safe and ethical for the client and the psychologist. Prioritisation of office space shall be done on the basis of the employees needs for such space. It is acknowledged that employees will require ready access to up-to-date test material, IT equipment and software and an appropriate confidential filing system for storing test materials and results, and that these should be provided by the employer.

WORKPLACE FACILITIES. 1700 A. The Employer will provide clean and adequately maintained facilities for employees as required by the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Public facilities will be utilized in field locations where reasonable and practicable.
WORKPLACE FACILITIESThe Company will provide Union delegates reasonable access to a designated private place together with reasonable facilities, including but not limited to, desk, telephone, filing cabinet, in order to carry out their duties as a Union delegate.

  • Office Facilities The University will endeavor to provide each member with an adequately furnished private office and will endeavor to provide a conference room in each major building.

  • Employee Facilities Employee Facilities. Restrooms and attendant facilities shall be provided as required in the orders and regulations of the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries. A good faith effort will be made by the Employer to provide facilities for employees’ personal belongings.

  • Working Facilities During the Term of Employment, the Company shall furnish the Executive with an office, secretarial help and such other facilities and services suitable to his position and adequate for the performance of his duties hereunder.

  • Entrance Facility The facilities between a Party's designated premises and the Central Office serving that designated premises.

  • Laundry Facilities Washers and dryers are installed in each apartment for the exclusive use of students in the apartment. Any other use is prohibited. The use of washers and dryers are free. LINEN: Brighton provides a mattress cover on all mattresses. Students need to bring their own bedding. All beds are regular twin size. The typical cost for replacing a mattress cover is $25.00. MAINTENANCE: Students are responsible to notify the manager in writing as soon as possible if they notice anything in an apartment that requires repair work or maintenance. See “Property Conditions” section 12 of the BYU-Idaho Student Landlord Housing Contract.

  • Toilet Facilities The Employer provides the Contractor access to toilet facilities. Temporary chemical toilets are provided by the Contractor where deemed necessary.

  • Parking Facilities Alamo Colleges District shall make the existing parking facilities at the rented Facility available for the vehicular traffic and parking necessitated by the Organization’s Use of the rented Facility, on a non-exclusive basis, as specified at Exhibit A. MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Existing Facilities Each of the Existing Facilities shall be repaid in full and terminated and all collateral security therefor shall be released, and the Administrative Agent shall have received pay-off letters in form and substance satisfactory to it evidencing such repayment, termination and release.

  • State Facilities If the State makes space available to the Party in any State facility during the term of this Agreement for purposes of the Party’s performance under this Agreement, the Party shall only use the space in accordance with all policies and procedures governing access to and use of State facilities which shall be made available upon request. State facilities will be made available to Party on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with no warranties whatsoever.

  • Underground Facilities All underground pipelines, conduits, ducts, cables, wires, manholes, vaults, tanks, tunnels, or other such facilities or attachments, and any encasements containing such facilities, including without limitation those that convey electricity, gases, steam, liquid petroleum products, telephone or other communications, cable television, water, wastewater, storm water, other liquids or chemicals, or traffic or other control systems.
