Facilities for Employees. A. Employees will be provided with an area or space in which to carry out their assigned duties. The nature of the area may vary depending upon local conditions. Employees will be provided space to secure personal belongings during work time.
B. Within its ability, the Board will make available in each work location a lunch area, break area, restroom and lavatory facilities and parking area for employee use.
C. Telephones will be available to employees for reasonable use at all work sites. To the degree possible, employees shall be afforded privacy in use of the telephone. Employees shall not be required to post local telephone calls. Official school business shall take precedence over all other uses of the telephone. Messages may be received at the work site for employees. In the absence of an automated system, incoming messages shall be received and noted as to date, time and name of the sender and placed in the employee’s mailbox, if any. In case of emergency, messages shall be delivered to the employee upon receipt unless to do so would jeopardize the safety of other individuals.

Facilities for Employees. 22.1 Employees shall have an area of appropriate size designated as an eating-dining area in each building that is separate from the student cafeteria.
22.2 All employees shall have a quiet place to work during planning periods with access to desk and file cabinets.
22.3 Each principal will provide each employee to the building with a handbook, written rules, regulations, and/or procedures at the beginning of each year.
22.4 Employees, other than nurses, shall not be required to administer medication to any student nor shall they be required to perform medical procedures such as catheterization.
22.5 For the protection of both pupils and employees there will be an administrator present during the normal school day when the building is open for instructional purposes. In the absence of an administrator, the principal shall designate a certified employee to act as the principal’s representative.
Facilities for Employees. Part 307.1 of the Meat Inspection Regulations and Part 381.36 of the Poultry Inspection Regulations require that certain facilities be provided for use of inspection personnel. The Service will make a concerted effort to assure full compliance with the intent of these requirements.

Except for normal wear and tear, employees shall be responsible for loss of or damage to lockers, locker bags, locks and keys furnished by the Employer, provided that such loss or damage is the fault of the employee. No representative of the employer shall open an employee’s locker or locker bag unless the employee or a Union representative is offered an opportunity to be present. When existing lockers are replaced or new lockers are installed in new or expanded locker room facilities, such new or replaced lockers shall be of reasonable size to accommodate the storage of employees’ clothing and belongings. Locker bags shall be of reasonable size to accommodate the storage of employees’ clothing and belongings.
(b) For all banquet employees for whom the Employer does not provide lockers or locker bags, the Employer shall make available a room where they may leave their personal clothing and other articles while working. Such room shall be locked, and the key kept by a designated Tropicana Resort & Casino 28 Employer representative who shall be available to let employees in and out of the room as required. Banquet employees who lose clothing as a result of the Employer failing to observe this Section, shall be reimbursed for the fair value of the clothing lost.
