Worksite Transfers. 10.3.1 Currently employed CHARTER SCHOOL applicants in good standing current shall be guaranteed an in-person interview at another CHARTER SCHOOL site. Teachers that transfer from one school associated with OCSA or CSArts are to maintain “Permanent Status” at their new school site.

Worksite Transfers. Section 16.4.1 An involuntary transfer or reassignment shall be made only after a meeting between the employee involved and the building administrator, at which time the employee shall be notified of the reason for the transfer or reassignment. This notification shall be in writing, if requested by the employee. If not satisfied with this meeting, the employee may request a meeting with the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee to discuss the matter further. The employee may, at his/her option, have a representative of the Union present at such meeting.

  • Employee Transfers In the event an Employee is transferred between Participating Employers, accumulated service and eligibility shall be carried with the Employee involved. No such transfer shall effect a termination of employment hereunder, and the Participating Employer to which the Employee is transferred shall thereupon become obligated hereunder with respect to such Employee in the same manner as was the Participating Employer from whom the Employee was transferred.

  • Medical Transfers The District shall give alternate work, when it is available, to a Unit Member who has become medically unable to satisfactorily perform the Unit Member’s regular job classification duties. The alternate work may constitute lateral transfer or voluntary transfer to a lower classification. The District may require a statement from a licensed physician certifying that the Unit Member is medically able to perform the duties of the alternate work.
