Written and printed material. 2.2.1.1. Website and social media A project website is available at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx and will be used as one of the main vehicles of dissemination and interaction with the public seeking information about PRECIOUS. The website is structured into the following pages: Home, News Vision, Partners, Publications, Contact and Consortium Area. The ‘Consortium Area’ pages are password protected (intranet) and will be used as a tool of communication between the partners. All partners have editor-level access for this section of the website. The public sections of the website are managed by the project co-ordinator; however, all consortium members are responsible for suggesting revisions and contributing to its contents (via the co-ordinator). In addition to providing general information about the project, such as plenary meeting updates, project milestones and links to existing systems and products, the website will be used as the main vehicle to disseminate public deliverables, as well as other reports the project may publish. This content will be made available under the ‘Publications’ section.

  • Instructional Materials A. The Board recognizes that appropriate texts, library reference facilities, maps and globes, laboratory equipment, audio-visual equipment, art supplies, athletic equipment, current periodicals, standard tests and questionnaires, computers, and similar materials are the tools of the teaching profession. B. Efforts shall be continued to seek and use instructional materials which reflect the contribution and presence of diverse ethnic and cultural groups. C. 1. Selection of instructional materials for each school shall be made by a committee of teachers chosen by the faculty within that school.

True, correct, complete and legible copies of tax statements or assessments for all real estate and personal property taxes assessed against the Property for the current and the two prior calendar years, if available; c. True, correct and legible listing of all Fixtures, Personal Property and Excluded Property, including a current depreciation schedule; d. True, correct, complete and legible copies of all existing fire and extended coverage insurance policies and any other insurance policies pertaining to the Property, if any; e. True, correct, complete and legible copies of all instruments evidencing, governing or securing the payment of any loans secured by the property or related thereto. Seller may make such instruments available for inspection and copying by Purchaser at Seller's principal office; f. True, correct, complete and legible copies of any and all environmental studies or impact reports relating to the Property, if any, and any approvals, conditions, orders or declarations issued by any governmental authority relating thereto (such studies and reports shall include, but not be limited to, reports indicating whether the Property is or has been contaminated by Hazardous Materials and whether the Property is in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as applicable); g. True, correct, complete and legible copies of any and all litigation files with respect to any pending litigation and claim files for any claims made or threatened, the outcome of which might materially affect the Property or the use and operation of the Property. Seller may make such files available for inspection and copying by Purchaser at Seller's principal office.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Promotional Material In the event that the Fund or the Investment Adviser makes available any promotional materials related to the Securities or the transactions contemplated hereby intended for use only by registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof by means of an Internet web site or similar electronic means, the Investment Adviser will install and maintain or will cause to be installed and maintained, pre-qualification and password-protection or similar procedures which are reasonably designed to effectively prohibit access to such promotional materials by persons other than registered broker-dealers and registered representatives thereof.

  • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.

  • PRICE LISTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION Contractors should provide an electronic version of the proposed price list in an Excel format or pdf on a jump drive. Also provide a dealer list, if applicable in an Excel format with "read and write" capabilities on the same jump drive. No costs or expenses associated with providing this information in the required format shall be charged to the State of Arkansas. At the time of contract renewal contractor will furnish OSP with an updated dealer list and published price list.

  • Advertising and Promotional Materials The Purchaser acknowledges and agrees that the Vendor shall have the right to use drawings, photographs, videos or other depictions of the interior and/or exterior of the Dwelling and/or the Subdivision or any components or features thereof in any promotional or advertising materials without notice to or consent from the Purchaser being required in any manner whatsoever.
