Written Grievance to Human Resources. 1. Within ten (10) days of receipt of the written grievance by the Human Resources Department, the appropriate department Executive Director shall hold a meeting for the purpose of attempting to resolve the written grievance. 2. The appropriate department Executive Director shall render a written decision within ten (10) duty days of the meeting held with the grievant. 3. If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the grievant, the grievant shall have ten (10) days from the date the written response was due, or received by the grievant, whichever date is earlier, to submit the grievance to Level 3.
