Written Program. CM/GC’s written Quality Control Program shall describe in detail the steps the CM/GC will take to ensure quality and will include, without limitation, those personnel, in addition to the Superintendent, who will provide review and verification of the proper installation of the Work. Each Subcontractor having responsibility for more than $100,000 of the contract cost shall be addressed in the plan. The written program shall include affidavits from each of the involved Subcontractors acknowledging their responsibilities under the Contract in general and the Quality Control Program specifically.
